Plinth is a project management platform designed for artist managers. It provides tools for managing artists, projects, tasks, key dates, meetings, and calendar integrations. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access

Plinth and its original content (excluding Your Content), features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

Plinth integrates with third-party services including Google Calendar and Google OAuth. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plinth and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
